GNLU/myLearn Certifications for Working Professionals

myLearn has partnered with one of India’s top law schools, Gujarat National Law University (www.gnlu.ac.in), to create online and hybrid certification courses for working professionals. These certification courses are for a duration of three (3) months and currently conducted online. Short in format but intensive in nature these certification courses are designed to provide learning outcomes for professionals of varied backgrounds and experience.

As a pre-cursor to starting any certification course a candidate will also undertake specific courses on myLearn. Each certification course will consist of weekly online classes, periodic tests and a final Course Completion Test (CCT). To qualify for the CCT a candidate will have to complete 100% of the course and upon passing the CCT, will earn a certification from GNLU and myLearn.

The certification courses are:

Certification in M&A and Commercial Contracts: Designed for non-lawyers and management/finance professionals, this certification will cover the Indian regulatory regime governing mergers and acquisitions as well as familiarise the learner with standard documentation such as shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements and more.
Certification in Data Protection & Privacy: Designed for technology, data and marketing/sales professionals, this certification will cover the GDPR regime, the proposed Indian data protection regime, rights of data subjects, information security and more.
Certification in Environment, Health & Safety: Designed for manufacturing, operations and management professionals, this certification will cover the proposed safety regime under the new labour code in India, issues of liability and responsibility with respect to health & safety norms, environmental requirements and more.
